What I Eat in a [Work] Day

Check out the video above for a typical WORK day’s worth of food! Somedays I eat or snack a lot more, or grab lunch out. It just depends on how busy my day gets.

6:00am: Cup of Power Greens juice

8:00am: Brown rice cake with tbs of peanut butter, sliced banana, hemp seeds, and drizzle of local honey. Coffee with coconut milk creamer & stevia

Liquid: I drink water and sip on kombucha throughout the day. I love the GTS brand (Trilogy, Strawberry Lemonade, & Watermelon are my favorite flavors).

2:00pm: Protein smoothie - Ripple protein milk + vanilla Sunwarrior Protein + Healthy Skoop greens powder + frozen strawberries

4:00pm: 1/2 Avocado (not pictured in video) + Siete Fuego Grain-Free Chips + Carrots & Hummus

7:30pm: Stir Fry: Tempeh, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, kale, brown rice noodles cooked in coconut oil and Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

8:30pm: Gluten-free, vegan chocolate chip cookie (we like the brands Sweet Loren’s and Immaculate)

I don’t ever count calories but because I know someone will ask, this is about 1,500 (I’m 5’5” and 118lbs).

Again, some days might be a little more, some a little less and weekends are most definitely more (we love to eat out on the weekends).
